The Millionaire Workweek & The Truth About Working Hard



So I got a challenge for you this week,

and I'm curious to know which one of you

guys will commit to taking up this

challenge .


Here's what it is ,I did a

video I think the year and a half ago

saying how to really become a

millionaire and it did very good you

know entrepreneur magazine picked it up

and did a million and a half views.


 I got

so many emails pad I'm gonna, I'm gonna

be in all the time or instead of a

part-timer or full timer and all the

timer works 80 hours a week and I wish I

would have gone one more layer with that

video to specify ,what I mean by 80 hours

a week so a question ,how do I become

more productive let me be very specific

couple weeks ago four weeks ago I was in.


New Orleans and I was speaking to a

couple thousand of our agents and I said

I'm gonna give you a very simple

challenge here and this is what it was I

said I want you to stand up if you had

one day in 2017 where you worked 18

hours in a single day,

stand up ninety percent of room stood up

okay one day then I said I want you to

stay standing.


If you made 200 phone calls in a week,

and ran 20 appointments in a week which

in our world that is the minimum I ran

that was my goal every week four years

200 phone calls a week and 20 points per

week and all of a sudden .


I said I want

you to stand up if you did that for at

least four weeks in a row which is one

month and all of a sudden you saw out of

the 2,000 only a hundred were standing

then I said I want you to stand up if

you do that for two months in a row then

you so everybody was standing and all of

a sudden bunk comes out to only eight

people then I say standing stay standing

fits three you know and it's three.


People stood up and I said for only two

and that's seven only one and the person

that stood up there was only one that

did it for seven months in a row that

person made over a million dollars last

year okay and I've only been working

with me for three years they made over a

million dollars less you know why is

that here's why I think my challenge to

you this week is I want you to write

down a certain set of activities and

behavior,

you can run this week instead of hours

because see I think I see a lot of

people cheating and their their way to

success and say I was at the office,

today for 16 hours but you only ran two

appointments you run Facebook newsfeed

the entire day you're on Twitter for now

you watch 17 videos on YouTube you watch

22 videos on Facebook all the funny ones

you kept going and going and you got

caught up with one of these videos about

you know mafia or mobster or you know

Jordan or who's the great one you got

caught up in an hour and a half later no

one knows that you've been on Facebook

watching an hour and a half of videos.


 I hear there's so many times

nowadays look my challenge to you isn't

how many hours you're gonna be at the

office because that doesn't count as

work my challenge to you is write down

activity for me it was 200 phone calls

per week minimum it was 20 appointments

per week minimum and I wouldn't go home

until I hit those two numbers this is

why many times I worked on Sundays this

is why for a longest time I would work

six and a half days and I would take

half a day off on Sunday but I would do

my best to finish off Saturday after my

favorite day of the week in sales was

always Saturdays always my biggest

money-making days historically killed

today is Saturday you know why because

most people don't work Saturdays I work

Saturdays and I sneak in a little bit of

work on Sundays while everybody else is

kicking back that mean come back for a

day and a half I'm still gonna go out

there and get something in there so my

challenge to you write down activity not

not hours write down a number of

activity you can do this week for your

business whatever it is that you're

doing and do not go home until you hit

those numbers those numbers and then

next week try to beat those numbers not

hours at the office number of,

appointments number of calls number of

people you reach out to number of doors

you knock number of people you research

it has to be based purely on activity

and you'll figure out the math on how

many hours actual minutes it takes per

point and per call and then that's when.


I say 80 hours a week of real work

activity that's my challenge to you and

so if you want to commit to it post on

the bottom what that specific activity

is going to be to you and then,

week later coming back and say I was

able to hit these numbers and I came

through you do that consistently for the

rest of the year.


Let me tell you this could end up being

the greatest year of your life and the

beginning of the most ridiculous years

of your life to come.
